My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an individual safe, and a writing desk. Separate bathroom was good. The location was unbeatable and excellent - near restaurants and cafés.

The ambience of the property is elegant and the staff is extremely friendly. It has unbeatable and particularly good location close to Xalapa's centro. Plus, this hotel is near the center. Impeccably clean hotel in a very nice clean building so close to many cafes and restaurants. Downstairs bar, tidy and well decorated room with separate shower, large windows plus ceiling fan. The location favourable and marvellous in the centre. For tea or coffee visit Flor Catorce nearby. Great food at the attached restaurant.

Impeccably clean small hotel with incredibly friendly and gentle staff. The king room with separate shower as well as large windows. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Good and perfect location to nearby mountains and lovely area. Also, easy to get to a public park. The property of choice in Xalapa.

Great value for money, clean rooms

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in the city center. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and despite their small size, they were comfortable. One of the things I liked most about my stay was that the hotel was located within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. This was really convenient for me as I didn't have to waste time looking for places to eat. the hotel provided a tasty breakfast at a reasonable price.

That the other guests could be quite noisy at times. I had trouble sleeping on some nights due to the loud conversations and activity that went on in the hallways.
